Floor Manager

Welcome every rider and café guest, open their job cards on our app, explain the job and price, and keep the day moving. For someone who has run a shop, café or counter; we teach the bikes. Payments are taken at the billing counter, not by the floor manager.

What you'll do

  • Welcome every customer, in the workshop and the café
  • Open job cards on our app
  • Explain the job and the price to each customer
  • Keep the shop tidy
  • Open the shop on the 8 AM shift

What we're looking for

  • Experience running a shop, café or counter
  • Good with customers face to face
  • Comfortable using a smartphone app
  • Fluent Nepali; working English
  • Interest in motorcycles is a plus

Head Mechanic

Run our workshop. Our floor managers welcome every customer and open the job cards, and our billing staff take the payments, so you can focus on the bikes: every job from diagnosis to hand-over, done right.

What you'll do

  • Find the fault and fix it: servicing, repairs and tuning on all makes of bike
  • Run the workshop on your own, to our standard
  • Check the job card and service record before a bike goes out
  • Explain the work to the customer when they collect their bike
  • Look after the tools and the workshop's parts stock
  • Make sure every bike leaves done right

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years fixing motorcycles (different makes is a plus)
  • Able to run the workshop on your own
  • Good at finding faults: electrical, engine and fuel
  • Can work from the maker's manuals and parts books
  • You ride yourself: a strong plus

Billing & Cash

Run our billing counter: make every bill on our app, take payment by QR or cash, and record every rupee coming in and going out. No accounting degree needed; we train you.

Kitchen Staff

Cook and serve at the Rev & Ride Café, where riders wait for their bikes over coffee and a meal. You'll keep the kitchen clean, the food consistent and the orders moving, even on a busy weekend.

What you'll do

  • Prepare meals, snacks and desserts from our café menu
  • Help make hot and cold drinks when the counter is busy
  • Prep ingredients before service and keep the kitchen stocked
  • Keep the kitchen, equipment and storage clean and hygienic
  • Tell the floor manager when stock is running low
  • Help with café events such as BBQ Night

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a café, restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred; we'll train the right person
  • Good food hygiene and safety habits
  • Able to work shifts, including weekends
  • Reliable, quick and a good team player
  • Friendly with customers

Marketer

Every service, every BBQ Night and every cup of coffee here has a story. You'll tell it to Kathmandu's riders: plan and post our offers and events, shoot the photos and short videos, and turn workshop, parts and café news into reasons to come to Kapan. Within six months, a rider in Baneshwor should know Rev & Ride before they need a mechanic.

What you'll do

  • Plan a monthly content calendar for the workshop, parts counter and café
  • Shoot photos and short videos in the shop: bikes, builds, parts, food and coffee
  • Set up and run our social media accounts; reply to comments and messages
  • Keep our Google Business profile up to date: posts, offers, photos and reviews
  • Promote our events, such as BBQ Night and Movie Night, and seasonal offers
  • Work directly with the owner: each month, show what brought customers in (calls, walk-ins, Google profile views, café sales) and what you'll try next

What we're looking for

  • 1+ years of social media or marketing work (three posts or videos you made are a plus: a link is enough)
  • Good with a smartphone camera and simple editing apps (CapCut, Canva or similar)
  • Writes well in Nepali and English
  • You can turn a 20-minute oil change into a 15-second video people watch to the end, and you post on schedule
  • Comfortable talking to customers and filming in a busy workshop
  • Interest in motorcycles or riding culture is a strong plus
