We're a rider-owned motorcycle workshop in Kapan, Kathmandu. Serious work, honest shop. We're growing and looking for two people to grow with us.

Head Mechanic

Full-timeKapan, Kathmandu

Lead the workshop floor. You'll be the first and last set of eyes on every bike that comes through our bay—responsible for technical quality, build accuracy, and keeping the team sharp.

What you'll do

  • Diagnose and carry out complex repairs, tuning, and performance builds across multi-brand motorcycles
  • Oversee and mentor junior mechanics; set and maintain workshop standards
  • Review build sheets, service records, and torque sequences for accuracy
  • Work directly with customers on technical briefings and hand-overs
  • Manage workshop tools, equipment maintenance, and parts inventory
  • Ensure all work leaves the bay meeting our documented spec

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years hands-on motorcycle repair experience (multi-brand preferred)
  • Strong diagnostic skills — electrical, mechanical, and fuel systems
  • Ability to read and work from build sheets and service manuals
  • Leadership experience or willingness to step into a senior role
  • Rider background is a strong plus

Interested? Send your CV and a brief note about yourself.

Keep the numbers tight so the shop runs clean. You'll own day-to-day financial operations — invoicing, payroll, reporting — and work closely with the owner on visibility into business health.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and issue customer invoices; follow up on outstanding payments
  • Process staff payroll accurately and on schedule
  • Handle VAT filings and tax compliance under Nepal's IRD requirements
  • Track parts and inventory costs; flag discrepancies
  • Produce monthly financial summaries and cash-flow reports for management

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1–3 years accounting experience (small business or workshop context is a plus)
  • Proficiency with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
  • Solid knowledge of Nepal VAT and tax filing requirements
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a hands-on workshop environment
